Agnieszka Sikorska

Trainer, Service Designer

She is a graduate of Social Policy from the University of Warsaw and Service Design from the School of Social Psychology/School of Form. She also completed History and Critique of Design at the SWPS University.

For the past 10 years, she has been co-running the interdisciplinary design studio cooperativa studio, where she focuses on service creation and project management. She collaborates with public entities at both the state and local government levels, as well as organizations and social innovators. She enjoys working on large projects based on research and workshop collaboration with various stakeholders. Her specialization lies in designing public services for broad target groups.

As an external consultant, she helps optimize service delivery processes within organizations. She has collaborated, in this regard, with institutions such as the National School of Public Administration, State Forests, and the Educational Research Institute.

She conducts training in service design, design thinking, and facilitates project workshops. To date, she has conducted over 1500 hours of workshops and training. In her training work, she enjoys establishing direct contact with participants and engaging in dialogue with them. She values a good atmosphere that fosters creative work.

She has delivered training and workshops for various entities, including the Tatra National Park, the City of Warsaw, the Polish Cable Railways, the European Solidarity Centre, the City of Gdańsk, and many private companies.
