Gabriela Borowczyk

Gabriela is a pioneer in workshops on using drawings in training. She is the author and owner of the term “Flipowanie®,” which is a method based on the use of sketchnoting techniques (drawings, characters, arrows, shapes, speech bubbles) to help understand and remember the content presented during training sessions. She also promotes visual thinking in business, such as in process management, Agile, and Scrum. She graduated in Germanic philology from the University of Szczecin and studied marketing at the Higher School of Management and Marketing in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Business Trainer School and the Business Coach School.

For over a decade, she worked as a marketing director in international corporations. Currently, she also works as a marketing consultant specializing in brand building and business development strategies. She specializes in Personal Brand Coaching and conducts workshops on personal development and building the Personal Brand of a manager. She mentors in the “Do pierwszej pracy” (To the First Job) program at Credit Agricole bank.

She willingly shares her marketing experience during business consultations, especially in the SME sector. She is a guest speaker at industry conferences, a lecturer, and a member of the jury of the Golden Arrow direct marketing competition in 2010.

She has conducted training sessions for companies such as T-Mobile, Orange Polska, ING Życie, Allianz, Deutsche Bank, Warta, Credit Agricole, Netia, Bank BPH, BGŻ, Vivus, MetLife, Schuelke Polska, Business Incubators, and many others.
