Radosław Walentynowicz

Radoslaw Walentynowicz is an experienced trainer and coach. He delivers programs on relocation, diversity, communication and cross- cultural management from 2004. He has broad experience in coaching top-executives during their international assignments.

Radoslaw has extensive international experience working and living in many European countries and in the US. Radoslaw is Polish national and currently lives in Poland. A part of his work has been executive coaching for Western managers begin relocated to Poland and Eastern European countries. Due to his wide international experience and the fact of living in various countries Radoslaw delivers the training programs as: Working with US Americans, the Dutch, Germans, British and French. He develops training programs in cultural awareness, multicultural team building, leadership and resolving conflict in multicultural teams. Radoslaw is a passionate facilitator, moderator and public speaker.

M.A. in Dutch Language and Culture at universities in Poland (Wroclaw) and the Netherlands (Utrecht and Tilburg – additional courses).The subject of his master’s thesis was “Cultural differences between Polish and Dutch based on interviews with Poles living in the Netherlands and Dutch living in Poland.

He had a chance to work with the CEO’s from various companies. He supported many managers in their dealings with Eastern Europeans. His target and real point of interest are post-soviet countries especially Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Radoslaw is a co-founded SIETAR Polska. From 2008 till 2010 a member of the board of the organization.
