She is a trainer at the Business Mentors School, where she conducts training and supervision for Mentors of the Business Leaders Foundation (EY). She specializes in career and managerial coaching, leading proprietary workshops with elements of group coaching on managing emotions in professional relationships, dedicated to building self-worth, coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills development training.

With a legal background, she is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Since 2007, she has worked as a trainer, coach, AC/DC assessor, mentor, project manager, consultant in mystery shopping research, and sales advisor in training and coaching companies.
