Business trainer, academic lecturer, Certified Belbin Team Roles Consultant®, Coach/Team Coach ICC (International Coaching Community), graduate of the Academy of Transactional Analysis and EATA (European Association for Transactional Analysis) certified – 101 training in Transactional Analysis.

She is a graduate in Polish philology (social communication and PR) and postgraduate studies in management at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as postgraduate Master Class of Management – psychology of managerial actions at SWPS.

She is a business practitioner with many years of experience in sales, customer service, quality, and competency potential development, as well as creating, implementing, and managing motivational and development projects. She gained experience working in the telecommunications, financial, event, media, and production industries.

In managerial roles, she was responsible for creating and implementing motivational and development programs, as well as managing and developing sales teams.

As a trainer, she specializes in working with sales teams and finding motivation to achieve business goals, building engagement and cooperation based on understanding and diversity. She supports organizations in developing soft skills, conducts training, coaching/team coaching, and development projects focused on developing motivation, communication, building a culture based on cooperation, and managing emotions. She supports clients in achieving personal goals and increasing team effectiveness and efficiency.
