Business trainer, mediator, lawyer. Founder and expert of Divercity +. She specializes in the architecture of organizational culture, law and policies regarding employee relations.

For over 15 years, she has been combining business, scientific and humanistic approaches, working at various levels of the organization and with diverse groups of clients, designing and implementing strategies and policies for managing diversity and building a culture of inclusion in the large organizations.

An expert in the field of negative behaviours in the work environment. She has completed about 5,000 hours of training and workshops on identifying, preventing and reacting to negative behaviours for individuals, management teams, management boards, and CEO. She carries out audits of negative behaviour, conducts explanatory proceedings regarding discrimination and mobbing as an external expert or supporting anti-mobbing commissions. She trains people of trust, prepares anti-mobbing committees, develops and tests anti-mobbing strategies and policies in enterprises.

Mediator specializing in disputes and conflicts in employee relations, including mobbing and harassment, also sexual. Polish pre-accession advisor in the field of anti-discrimination law and policy, author of the National Program for Counteracting Discrimination 2004-2009 and the diversity management strategy for Warsaw, consultant of the Model for equal treatment in Gdańsk.
