Joanna Gosk

A graduate of psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the TROP Business Trainer School. Recommended Trainer by the Polish Psychological Society. Trainer at Grupa Spotkanie, and academic lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci and the Higher Banking School.

For the past 13 years, she has been conducting training and workshops for managers, negotiators, customer service, purchasing, and HR professionals. She applies the principles and tools of Transactional Analysis in her work. She has practical experience in diagnosing needs, developing and implementing change strategies in organizations, team interventions, and facilitating their work. She has conducted over 4,500 hours of training, including over 1,500 hours focused on Transactional Analysis. She has worked for companies in the pharmaceutical, automotive, installation, clothing, furniture, and telecommunication industries, among others.

Since 2007, she has been expanding her knowledge and professional skills under the supervision of supervisors, coaches, and consultants from organizations in France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Hungary, who work in the field of Transactional Analysis. She holds a certification from the European Association for Transactional Analysis.

In her work, she focuses on workshop and group work formats that allow for testing and practicing new skills through real-life examples.
