Psychologist, trainer of the Polish Psychological Association, consultant, practitioner of Transactional Analysis in the area of organization.

She has 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs in the field of interpersonal skills in business. She specializes in developing organizational cultures of companies, helping them in building an environment conducive to effectiveness and commitment of their employees. In her work she is guided by the belief that social sensitivity and a better understanding of oneself and others go hand in hand with business pragmatism. She specializes in methods of effective communication, leadership development and occupational health psychology. She helps build effective teams and supports them through conflict and crisis situations. She conducts trainings for managers, board members, sales and customer service employees. She has experience in conducting complex development programs for leaders from various industries. She is currently conducting another cycle of her advanced training courses for coaches and consultants working with organizations, accredited by the European Association for Transactional Analysis.
