Coach, Consultant, Intercultural Specialist

She is a graduate of psychology from the Higher School of Social Psychology (specialization in Intercultural Relations Psychology) and Collegium Civitas with a specialization in Intercultural Integration Management. She is a certified Trainer of the Polish Psychological Association (PTP) and a political scientist.

For nearly 20 years, she has been conducting training and advisory activities aimed at developing intercultural and interpersonal competencies for both Poles and foreigners, in Poland and abroad. She specializes in business training in areas such as intercultural communication and cooperation, management in intercultural environments, and serving and building relationships with foreign clients.

As a consultant, she supports Polish businessmen investing abroad in international business. She is also involved in development programs for law enforcement agencies, such as the Border Guard officers. She guides repatriates, who experience cultural shock, through the process of returning to Poland.

She is a specialist in the culture of specific countries as well as entire regions. She finds great joy in her daily work, which involves conducting training sessions and workshops for individuals working in culturally diverse environments. In her training work, she is valued for her authenticity, professionalism, sound knowledge, and the practical skills she imparts. She believes that intercultural competence is the key to functioning in a globalized world.
