Business Trainer, Consultant

A graduate of Journalism from the Institute of Political Science and Social Sciences at the Jagiellonian University. The initiator and Content Manager of postgraduate studies in Strategic Product Category Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.

He began his professional career as a radio reporter and MC for stage events (including Miss Polonia Super Model). He later entered the business world. For almost 20 years, he built experience as a specialist and manager responsible for sales, purchasing, customer service, marketing, and category management, leading teams and projects in companies such as AIG, Hitachi, Leroy Merlin, and Bosch.

As a trainer, he specializes in topics related to product management, branding, product category, sales, customer service, negotiations, and public speaking. He considers the ability to understand the perspectives of other people (especially customers) and organizations crucial in these areas. He utilizes workshop formats, exercises based on participants’ professional realities, and elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) in his training sessions. He also draws on his own business experience gained through collaboration with organizations in many countries. He has completed business training in project management, sales, product category management, leadership, mediation, and PR conducted by institutions such as the Schenk Institute, Eskadra, the Economic Academy in Krakow, and Point. He has designed and conducted over 1,200 hours of business training.
