Description

In today's world, greater emphasis is placed on agility, motivation, and functioning in a state of "not knowing" when it comes to achieving success. This is not surprising, as it is precisely in such circumstances that we operate. It is thanks to these skills, among others, that we accomplish professional and personal tasks. As we increasingly encounter constant changes, uncertainty, and being in a state of "not knowing", it affects our agency, sense of purpose, stress levels, and exhaustion. This, in turn, affects our self-motivation, which allows us to effectively deal with reality and overcome difficulties both in our personal and professional lives. Through our training, you will understand how stress affects motivation, learn to create effective habits, and deal with common demotivators and stressors.
