He is psychologist, business trainer, and manager with several years of experience in managing teams, including international organizations.For 7 years he has been creating, co-creating, and implementing training programs in the field of employee service, caregiver development, and competence development. He has conducted over 650 days of trainings.

Working with clients, he focuses on practicality and business effectiveness. He combines sales, managerial and mentoring experience, thanks to which he supports clients in the most effective way in the process of change and achieving their dream goals.

He is also an expert in modeling mechanisms that work: in the years 2018 – 2020, on behalf of Google, he provided consulting support to selected partners cooperating in various international ways.

His strengths include psychological knowledge, knowledge of business realities as well as knowledge and experience of cooperation on international markets; He speaks fluently and also conducts training in Polish, English and Russian.
In 2017, at the request of Microsoft Polska, he implemented a training support project for leading Microsoft partners in the field of strengthening sales of MS Office 365 and Teams.

Since February 2016, he has been supporting 4 Google ETO teams (over 300 people) dedicated to the CEE and MENA markets, being responsible for the development of competencies in the area of ​​sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, and digital sales.
