Description

In international collaboration, misunderstandings often occur. Many of them stem from a lack of understanding of intentions, which arise from deeply rooted cultural values and norms. Understanding these intentions cannot happen without gaining knowledge about other cultures. With this knowledge, we are able to choose more appropriate communication methods in international environments and make fewer mistakes. We invite you to a training session on building better communication and cooperation among employees from different cultures.
